Shipping and return policies for Mahantongo

Shipping Info
ALL OF OUR PACKAGES SHIP VIA USPS.

We Ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as long as it's not a holiday.

Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be shipped from when you place the order.

USPS First Class mail is the standard of our shipping. We can only fit 13 ounces worth of product in a first class mail package. This is most common shipping method we use. It will normally get to its destination in 3 – 7 business days after it's been shipped.

USPS Priority Mail is for packages over 13 ounces. This usually gets there 2-3 days after its been shipped.

International Orders: Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Sometimes customs likes to hold packages for no reason.

If your package is labeled as "Delivered" via USPS and you have not received it, you'll have to contact your local post office with your shipping number. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, we will accepts unworn and unwashed returns for a full refund of the original order amount paid up to 14 days after the product was received based on tracking info.

Please leave note inside explaining that you would like to return it and not exchange it.

Make sure to leave a note inside explaining the item/size you would like instead. As long as we have it in stock, we will ship it out to you. If the item you've requested is sold out, we will refund your purchase

Please note that we do not pay shipping for returns or exchanges. However, we do ship exchanges back to you free of charge.

Missing package?
If your package did not make it to you, you should:

1) Make sure you gave us the correct address exactly as it should appear.

2) If you provided us with the correct address, but still did not receive your package, you'll need to contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your tracking number will be in the confirmation e-mail we sent you when your package shipped. In this situation it is the responsibility of the post office to get you your package, not us.

If you gave us an incorrect address and your package comes back to us, we will contact you for the correct address so we can re-ship it to you.
